Crocuses spotted on my morning walk. Hooray! When spring arrives in Maine, it always seems sudden and is so appreciated. After a winter with record snow fall and plenty of mornings holding at 12 or below, days with temps climbing above 50 are welcome. I actually got down on all fours to clear leaves and winter debris from around a beautiful little bunch of purple crocuses in my backyard.
